Your terms.
Full time or part time, on your own schedule, from anywhere in the country.
Your rate, paid directly.
You set your hourly rate. Patients pay you directly through the platform.
The rest is handled.
Licensing, malpractice coverage, billing, records and scheduling are taken care of.
What working on a care team looks like
- 1
You're invited to a patient's team.
Patients choose specialists for their team, with our recommendations. You decide whether to accept.
- 2
You start with the full picture.
The patient's complete record is ready before you begin: every hospital, every test, every note, in one place.
- 3
You work on your own time.
Review, reason and respond when it suits you. No waiting rooms, no 15-minute slots.
- 4
You stay in sync without meetings.
You see the rest of the team's notes and orders as they happen, and you can message any colleague on the team directly.
- 5
You can act.
Prescribe, order labs and imaging, and make referrals within your license. A care navigator handles the logistics.
What we take care of
- Licensing: when a patient's case needs it, we sponsor and pay for additional state licenses. They're issued in your name, and they're yours to keep.
- Malpractice coverage for your work with Blue Clay Health patients.
- Credentialing and onboarding, including agreements and payment setup.
- Billing and payments, with monthly payouts.
- Scheduling, records and follow-up, through each patient's care navigator.
