Born From Personal Experience
Blue Clay Health was founded by Chris Riley after his son suffered a life-altering stroke. Navigating the complexities of the healthcare system revealed critical gaps in care coordination for complex conditions. This personal journey inspired the creation of Ensemble – a platform designed to revolutionize how patients with complex medical needs access and receive coordinated, expert care.
